    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:-

    •          Provide assistance, advice, problem solving, on CRM and Analytics application functions and technical information to customers
    •          Initial investigation of the problem then cooperate with the 2nd tier support developers or related parties
    •          Cooperate with customers regarding the status of their requests
    •          Working at customer site and need to be on time

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Qualifications

    •          Bachelor degree in Software Engineer, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or elated major (mandatory)
    •          > 2 Years in IT or SI Project (mandatory)
    •          Application/ System support experience
    •          Having experience in Siebel Application, OBIEE, Cognos, Tableau or BI report will be more advantage

    Skill

    •          UNIX/LINUX knowledge/experience
    •          Basic knowledge in Database and SQL command
    •          Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    •          Handle issues in prudence and in timely manner
    •          Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    •          Excellent communication skills
    •          Good command of English
